Delete your account

You can delete your Kinship Guard account and its data at any time. You do not need to contact us, and you do not need to keep the app installed to ask.

In the app

Open Kinship Guard and scroll to the bottom of any screen, just below Sign out. Choose Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email admin@royalnationllc.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We verify ownership before acting, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, your sign-in credentials and verification codes, your membership of every care circle, invitations addressed to your account email, and your account attribution on retained journal entries, uploaded-document records and dose confirmations.

A care circle that only you belong to is deleted in full, including its care recipients, tasks, appointments, medications and dose history, journal entries, and uploaded documents.

What is kept, and why

A care circle you share with other people is not deleted, because its records belong to the people still providing care. Ownership passes to another member. Entries you wrote and documents you uploaded stay in that circle so its history remains complete, with their author or uploader account reference removed. Personal information written within shared notes or uploaded files is not automatically removed from the content.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it, such as billing records. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are cancelled through the App Store or Google Play, not here.
